Wedding Day Coordination

(A day of coordination is for brides and grooms who want to do most of the planning themselves, but need professional help to coordinate and execute all the work on the day of the event)

2 weeks prior to Wedding

  • Meet clients 2 weeks prior to wedding
  • Unlimited email and phone calls
  • Confirm final details with booked vendors one week prior to wedding
  • Go over the wedding and reception day timeline with bride & groom. Send final copy to all vendors
  • Work with the bride/groom’s parents to understand all the ceremony details and priest requirements.

Wedding Day

  • Hours (Wedding -5 hrs and reception – 6 hrs)
  • Facilitate on time arrival of all vendors
  • Coordinate hair/makeup with bridal party
  • Set up puja items, programs and other miscellaneous items.
  • Provide personal assistance to the bride and groom.
  • Work with bride and groom to coordinate entry/exits during ceremony
  • Coordinate the day of wedding to make sure everything goes on time and in perfect order (ceremony timings, family photos, lunch details)
  • For reception, instruct vendors on set up
  • Coordinate food/decor deliveries
  • Check on set up of place cards, gift table and welcome table
  • Coordinate reception arrival/delivery transportation.
  • Make sure reception timeline is corodinated
  • Pick up gift/cards, micellaneous ceremony/reception items and hand them over to a family member
  • Assist the guests with seating if needed
  • Handle any emergencies that may arise
  • 2 coordinators will be present on the day of event for help.
